I’m Pedro.

Being a traveling musician on the road for several years in my 20’s taught me that a real connection with an audience comes at an energy cost, and I spent my energy account down to the metal.

My 20+ year career in sales and marketing rooms asked me to spend it the same way and call it professionalism. I found another way.

I now help people whose nervous systems are built for depth budget the first hour, keep the voice they can comfortably use again tomorrow, and stop treating their ‘quiet’ as a defect.

I treat a conversation like a laboratory. Ask a question. Stay quiet. Listen longer than is fashionable. See what becomes possible when nobody is performing.

I work with introverts, highly sensitive people, and empaths. Some want more agency and cleaner boundaries in the life they already have. Some are coaches and founders who need a sales voice that sounds like them, and marketing they can stand to repeat tomorrow. Either way, we drop the noise and the burnout. We find a path that is actually exciting to you, not a costume of someone louder.

Entrepreneurship is still taught as if the loudest person wins. Plenty of us do our best work in lower stimulation. You do not need to be rebuilt. You need a clear picture of the work, one sentence that holds, and a few small practices you can keep when the week is ordinary.

I live and work in the mountains, near water still fed by ancient glaciers. The mist on the lake is not a metaphor I hired. It is the weather. It keeps teaching me the same thing: you can be still and still be purposeful.
