quietmomentumcoach.com is for information about Quiet Momentum services, Executive Coaching with Pedro Fernandez, the Signal Session, and the book Marketing Mindset for Introverts. I try to keep it accurate. If something here is wrong, write and I will fix it.

I am a certified executive coach. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal advice. We talk about the work, the sentence, and a rhythm you can keep. Results vary. We decide together whether to work, and we can stop.

A note on my Begin button. It is a request for a conversation. It is not a contract, advice of any kind and not a booking for a Signal Session. If we continue, we will say so in writing, including costs, who is responsible for what, etc.

The writing on this site and in Marketing Mindset for Introverts is my exclusive property. You are welcome to read it, quote a short line with credit, and use the practices in your own life.

All rights are reserved, therefore you are not welcome to copy the book, the site, or the Signal Session materials and sell them as your own.

Do not misuse the forms, scrape the pages, or try to break the house. I may refuse work, or refuse a booking, if the fit is wrong.
