Quiet Momentum is the practice of Pedro Fernandez, in Canada. This site is quietmomentumcoach.com. If you write, you are writing to me.

If you send the note on the Begin page, I receive your name, email address, what you do, what you want in 90 days, and how you found me. If you email office@quietmomentumcoach.com, I  have whatever you put in the message.

If you take a time in Calendly, Calendly collects what that form asks for (usually name, email, and a time). That booking is also covered by Calendly’s own privacy policy.

The website itself needs a few technical cookies to run. I do not run pop-ups, chat widgets, or retargeting ads. I do use website analytics to measure overall website performance.

I use what you send to reply, to see whether we should work, and to prepare for a conversation. I do not sell lists. I do not share your note with a marketing platform. I will not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.

If we do not work together, I keep the note only as long as I need it to reply, then I delete it. If we do work together, I keep what I need to coach you, and no more.

You can ask what I have, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to office@quietmomentumcoach.com. 

Calendly, the form email, and the company that hosts this site will process data so the page and the mail can function. I choose tools I can live with. I do not use them to chase you around the internet.
